Overcomers Soccer League: Approach
AS ORGANIZERS we care about each participant or team, offering a safety and respectful competition environment and a successful event, through which player or team, can really feel part of a team, and overcome their own limits, soccer skills or emotional skills, learning from field experiences. THE SOCCER does not grow old, just as its essence does not, despite the technical and tactical evolution, the essence of soccer will be the same, that is, to make the maximum goals to the adversary, and that is what the players really love to do or to see, regardless of whether they know about techniques or tactical of play, they love making goals, and being acknowledged for their contribution. We as coaches should not change the player's essence in their development process, we must be attentive to the talent of each player, and work relentlessly on soccer fundamentals, and sportsmanship concepts to forming them as an athlete and soccer players, making a better game, each time we enter the field to play. It is a long journey from generation to generation!!

Nothing is as exciting as getting ready for game day. I've been working with soccer projects since 2006 in South Florida, not only manage but being a soccer coach, my graduation in Sociology and Business administration with a specialization in training and development had built my background to be a soccer coach and manager soccer programs and projects in my business. I have the talent to work with kids and I found in Soccer the way to do what I love. I have a soccer family, and almost everything is about soccer for us! Even more importantly, I had the pleasure of spending this past 15 years working with kids and use my gift and talent to get them involved with soccer day by day.
